Health Care Considerations First!

Wipe us out?

North Korea’s  “dear leader” today announced that, in effect, if we don’t let him do anything in the world that he and his band of lunatics want to do, without interference, he will “wipe the United States off the map”.    While it is highly doubtful that this moron could accomplish such a deed,  his presence in the world is akin to that of allowing a rabid animal to run free.   He can’t kill us all, but why allow such people to make such threats?   Let us wake up and remove this regime.

If we don’t start getting serious and taking action when neccessary, we are doomed to repeat some of the tragic consequences of the past.  We cannot just sit around and wait upon the UN to manage the world.

While the World Watches…

Passing up a great opportunity to help the Iranians improve their life, join the other democracies of the world and end the madness that has enveloped Iran for years, President Obama sits on his hands and has turned out to be one of the most dissapointing leaders of the free world.

Despite the outcry of the American people, only a token message has come from the White House regarding the situation in Iran.   Instead of leading the free world, Obama does not want involvement.   Instead of trying to encourage freedom and work toward a peaceful world, he has shrunken back from the opportunity before him.

History tells us that if we do not get involved with world events, they can and often do, go astray, leaving the world, and that includes us, to pay an even greater price in the future.

Stand Up For What You Believe In!

We should always be ready to stand up or speak out for what we believe in.  That goes for many things such as politics and religion.   Sometimes, we may tend to hesitate because our views may not be the most popular or may carry a price to pay.

Such is the case with the strife going on in Iran today.   The people there are standing up for theirselves after a stolen election.  Many have been injured and at least some have lost their lives.   They just want a fair election and the ruling class have apparently interfered with the voting process and declared the winner.

We should appreciate any other peoples who are involved with achieving a democracy as it was only a couple of hundred years ago that we were involved in doing that ourselves.  And, the French helped us to win the Revolutionary War.  In fact, without their involvement, we would not have won.

So, lets back these Iranians up and speak out for them.  If they ask for more, let us give it.  Call it meddling if you want, but let us stand up for what we believe in!
