What Do You Seek to Do This Day?

Is it help or hurt another one

Or do you wish to make it known

That you are tough and strong?

The reason that I ask you is

Because we all  can make the choice

To help or hurt the folks we meet

Each day as time goes on

You see, this really is a measure of

What kind of folks we really are

Some help and want to help some more

While others only work to harm

So stop and think before you speak

Because each thing you do or say

Could help someone who needs your love

Or do some harm thats there to stay
